The Company “KRONUS” established in 1995 and works successfully in the sphere of international transportation Europe-Russia-Europe.
Every year motor-cars with the title KRONUS transport hundreds of thousand tons industrial freights and consumer goods for our customers in Moscow, Saint -Petersburg, Astrakhan, Omsk, Perm and many other cities of Russia.
We are a full member of Latvjas Auto - Latvian Association of Motor Carriers, and TIR Carnet holder. Our responsibility for freights transported is insured within CMR insurance with the limit of Euro 500 000. Additional measures are taken to ensure the safety and movement of shipments by satellite tracking devices.
The company operates the newest models of Volvo, Scania and Mercedes motor cars. In total we have 32 road-trains. Almost half of the park is formed of road-train with net- volume 120m3 and other cars are equipped with SCHMITZ semi-trailers with 90 m3 volume. Some cars are equipped with 90 m3 SCHMITZ semi-trailers, which allow to load/unload the cargo from the rear through the door or from above through the roof with a sliding tent or in a classic way from both sides.
On the borders of Russia and Latvia, Estonia and Finland, “KRONUS” is well known for a long time as a responsible carrier with excellent reputation, which helps to solve problem situations that may arise from time to time.
Many drivers have been working for the Company for very many years already and have large experience in safe driving and also in coordination with consignors, forwarding agents, customs officers and other officials.
