KRONUS pallet collar distancers are robust and reliable accessories designed to support efficient two-level stacking of palletized goods, helping you optimize warehouse space while maintaining easy access to stored products. These distancers are compatible only with specific-sized KRONUS wooden pallet collars and must be used with EPAL pallets for maximum safety and effectiveness.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Maximum Static Load Capacity on Distancers (per set of 4): 1000 kg per set.
- Maximum Static Load on Bottom Pallet: 4000 kg – according to EPAL standard. (total allowable static weight stacked on the upper pallet).
- Pallet Type Required: Use only with EPAL-certified pallets to ensure structural compatibility and safety.
- Stacking Configuration: For 2-level stacking only. Not suitable for multi-tier configurations.
- Load Distribution: Ensure that the cargo is evenly distributed across the full collar surface area to maintain stability and prevent overloading.
- Stacking Alignment: Stacks must be perfectly straight, with the upper pallet aligned directly above the lower one.
SAFETY GUIDLINES
- Stable Grounding: Place stacks only on flat, stable surfaces to prevent shifting or tilting.
- Environmental Protection: Avoid exposure to moisture, temperature extremes, or aggressive chemicals.
- Ensure Stability: Confirm all components are securely in place before loading or stacking.
- Uniform Weight Distribution: Uneven loads can cause imbalance and risk of collapse.
- Dynamic loads are not tested. We do not recommend to the set.
- Do Not Use If Damaged: Do not use distancers if any damage, cracks, or deformation is detected. Compromised components must be removed from operation immediately to ensure safety.
